I N T R O

Victor Alling's aim in participating in the 'Quarter Away' teaching program of the Miami Ad School ( MAS) Amsterdam is to teach the students both presentation skills and 'outside the box' thinking. Classes on Contemporary Art, Artists & Design, Art history as well as movie analysis are the tools with which he supplies the students with information to work on their assignments.

"My assignments make the students research into their creativity and their own boundaries, trying to open new doors and helping them understand their position as 'creatives' within the current market situation and advertising. Besides creativity, something more is recquired: to understand the system and how to change the rules, with a particular vision."
